Morgan Green

Yellowstone (Lake)

Hi! My name is Morgan, and I am from the beautiful state of Washington. I study Speech Communication at Liberty University and will begin my senior year in the fall. I enjoy every possible outdoor activity, running, soccer, trying new sports, peanut butter, road trips, coffee and the city of Seattle. My heart beats harder for the hurting, homeless and hopeless. And my passion is direct the despairing to the Living Hope that never dies. I am looking forward to sharing my experiences in Yellowstone with you as I know God has some amazing things in store. I hope you take part in my journey by reading and partnering in prayer with me for the people we will come across in this world who are still searching for a relationship with their Divine Creator and Savior.

Mason Gravley and Natalie Herrod

Yosemite National Park

Mason Gravley: Hello, my name is Mason Gravley. I’m 23 years old and was born and raised in the small town of Frostproof, Florida. I love traveling the country by bicycle while photographing and journaling the experience. I’ve learned that God’s grace and love is evident throughout all of his creation, leading me to believe that the connection we feel with nature goes far beyond beautiful scenery, but gives us insight to the creator. With that said, I’m more than excited for the adventure and opportunity of working for and serving Him this summer in Yosemite. Natalie Herrod: Hi, I’m Natalie Herrod from Joplin, Missouri! I am studying Intercultural Studies and Business at Ozark Christian College. I’m excited to spend my summer in Yosemite National Park because I believe that God created a beautiful world that should be admired and taken care of by His believers. I’ve known Christ and His love since I was little, and have sought to love people the way Christ loves them ever since. I really enjoy hiking, swimming, and making new friends!

Emily Wehmer

Grand Teton National Park

Hi there, friends. I'm Emily. I’m graduating from Ozark Christian College with my Associate of Arts in Christian Ministry, and beginning a degree in business through Missouri State. I own a portrait photography business as well as a nonprofit. Painting, drawing, sketching, journaling, and the clicking of my camera shutter go along with breathing in my world. I have the two most beautiful nieces in the world -no contest, sorry. I am a crazy cat lady, but despite the stigma for such individuals, I somehow managed to find and keep a handsome fella' for over 4 years now. The things that make my heart beat happy include thrift stores, scarves, tree frogs, a good work out, chaco tans, and seeing the broken restored."

LaSondra Pryce

Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Park

My name is LaSondra, but most people call me Sondra. I’m passionate about outdoor ministry, friendship, helping the homeless, and writing. I’m from San Antonio, Texas, and I’m currently studying Sports, Events, and Tourism Management at UTSA. There are lots of things I want to do with my life but more than anything I want to live not only for God but from God. My favorite things include my mom, spicy food, rain, laughing, and passion tea. Serving with ACMNP this summer is showing me just how creative our God is and how beautiful He finds all of His creation. I’m choosing to love on purpose this summer and hoping to show people my creator through relationship and this blog- so thanks for reading!

Sam Baggenstos

Glen Canyon National Recreation Area (Lake Powell)

My name is Sam Baggenstos, and I was raised in western Washington. Growing up, my parents would take me and three older siblings adventuring around the country, which instilled a passion for trying new things. I enjoy running, reading good literature, hiking, camping, and exploring God’s creation. Spiritually, I am learning how I fit into God’s grand story. God, especially as he has revealed himself in the book of Exodus, is teaching me that his will for my life lies at the intersection of pleasure and hardship. I am thankful for the gospel of Jesus Christ, and I am continually striving to learn what that means for me right now.
