Hello friends! My name is Brady Field and I'm from the small town of Tonganoxie, Kansas, about 45 minutes outside of Kansas City. I'm going to be a senior next year studying Bible and leadership at Manhattan Christian College and English education at Kansas State University. In my free time I love to run, go exploring, hang out with friends, read great books, and sit in coffee shops with my laptop and pretend that I'm a writer. I'm also a music junkie and a self-proclaimed Scrabble champion. On a more serious note, I have a passion for discipleship and caring for others. Overall, I am excited to serve with ACMNP and see what God has in store for me and my team this summer!
Since being here I’ve been able to make some awesome new friendships with people from various countries, brush up on my sermon writing skills, and explore God’s amazing creation here in southern Utah.
It’s been sort of crazy, but I kind of like it that way. I can safely say this has been one the best summers of my life thus far!
Congrats! You’re reading my blog. If I had a cookie to give you I would, trust me. But unfortunately I don’t have any cookies...
This weekend was a weekend of firsts. First time flying by myself. First time meeting someone from Hawaii. First time visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. And first time planning and preaching a mini sermon within the span of a few hours. It was awesome.
