I am a senior at Indiana Wesleyan University, studying English Education. Born and raised in Ohio, I've always had an affinity for the outdoors, and love to hike, bike around, and drive with my windows down. Writing has always been a hobby, but recently it has turned into a passion and daily routine - whether that is in journaling or blogging. I love to read, travel, and be outdoors! This will be my third summer serving with ACMNP. I graduated from Murray State University (Murray, KY) this past May with a B.A. in History. I am originally from eastern Kentucky, but have a slight obsession with traveling and exploring new places. I mean, I have a national parks passport. Seriously. Obsessed. I’m married and am excited to be serving in Zion National Park this summer with my husband, Blake.

I like baking, cooking, cleaning, and anything to do with the medical profession. Unfortunately, none of these things are traditionally done outside. In other words, I’m not so great at nature. I like the concept of nature; I go on a lot of walks and take pictures of flowers. I love bonfires and s’mores. However, the hardcore bear-viewing, mountain-climbing, bird-calling kind of nature is a whole new thing to me. I would love to invite people on a humorous, unique, Christ-filled journey with me as I discover nature at its finest in Yellowstone National Park.
