MINISTRY STAFF LEADER
ACMNP Ministry Staff Leaders are recognized by the National Office to provide organizational direction to the Ministry Team during the summer. We generally apply this responsibility to seminarians and other mature leaders. Seminarian leadership is key to an ACMNP Ministry Team whether exemplified by preaching, preparing worship services, or organizing a staff. Taking on this responsibility strengthens a seminarian’s ability to organize and deliver sermons, resolve conflict, and provide pastoral care.MINISTRY STAFF MEMBER

Serving with ACMNP is a multi-faceted adventure that includes teaching, leading, listening, working, and offering recreation ideas. Specific responsibilities will be discussed by your Ministry Team and Ministry Staff Leader after arriving to the park.National Park Locations
ACMNP serves more than 25 national park communities each summer. These areas of wild beauty and intentional preservation are stunning places for summer ministry. Serving with ACMNP is an opportunity to discover the secrets these parks have to offer.
