Grand Canyon National Park (North Rim), AZ, 2005

What makes the North Rim of the Canyon unique?

The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is really a beautiful place. It is smaller than the South Rim and therefore doesn't attract as many visitors. The quietness of the place is one of the advantages of working here. Other parks that are reachable are Zion, Bryce and Capital Reef National Parks. Cedar Breaks is also nearby as well as Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell. Seeing the wonders that God created is a thrill that takes place here in the great outdoors!

"ACMNP provided me with the opportunity to share my faith in the day-to-day struggles of seasonal employment working, living, and sharing a bathroom with people from all over the world. It was a blessing to see how the differences in personality and background within our ministry team allowed us to connect better with different co-workers and guests."
– Alison, Sequoia/Kings Canyon 2009
